Purpose of the Qualification
The Level 3 Diploma in Culinary Arts is an advanced program that builds on the foundation of Level 2 and takes culinary training to the next level. Spanning 22 weeks, this course includes all the core skills and knowledge from Level 2, while introducing specialized training in three different international cuisines. These specialization classes allow students to develop deeper expertise and versatility, which are highly valued in the hospitality industry. Along with advanced cooking techniques and refined presentation skills, students gain greater exposure to real kitchen environments and professional standards. Access and Entry Requirements
- Have a minimum age of 16 on enrolment.
- Have completed secondary education.
- Have a strong desire and motivation to become a professional chef.
- Have a level of English sufficient to enable students to complete written assessments & produce recipe logs.
