Program Overview

The Professional Diploma Program is a comprehensive, industry-oriented qualification designed to provide learners with a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations while developing strong practical and professional skills. The program is structured to cover all four core departments of the hotel industry—Food Production (Kitchen), Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping ensuring students gain holistic exposure to hospitality operations.

In addition to food production, the program introduces learners to essential aspects of Food & Beverage Service, Front Office operations, and Housekeeping management. These modules provide practical insight into service sequences, guest interaction, operational coordination, and inter-departmental teamwork,a key elements required for smooth hotel operations. 

By the end of the 22 weeks, students develop a strong foundation across all core hotel departments, combined with specialised culinary expertise. The program prepares graduates for entry-level professional roles in hotels, resorts, and hospitality establishments, or for progression to advanced culinary or hospitality qualifications.
